Founded in 1961

RHF is one of the nation's largest non-profit providers of housing and services for older adults, persons with disabilities, and low-income families.

RHF was founded in 1961 by two United Church of Christ clergy and a layman with a vision of providing quality housing and services for seniors.

With $7,000 and that vision they launched what has become one of the nation's largest non-profit providers of housing and services for older adults. The mission has since expanded to include persons with various disabilities and low-income families.

News Room

RHF has been awarded $40.6 million by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to build and operate four communities for low/fixed income seniors. The HUD 202 grants are for two communities in Los Angeles; one in Houston; and one in San Antonio. read more

RHF held a groundbreaking ceremony for College Villas, its newest housing community for seniors on February 24th. The community is located at 511 College Drive in Henderson, Nevada. read more

RHF just completed a $96 million refinancing of Angelus Plaza, the largest affordable housing community for seniors in the nation. Angelus Plaza will be celebrating with a rededication on August 3rd at 2:30 pm. read more
