You're invited to be among the hundreds of seniors who join their peers at the Angelus Plaza Senior Activity Center every day. We offer many opportunities to meet people, learn new things, share with others, have fun or find supportive services.

Located in the heart of historic Bunker Hill, in downtown Los Angeles, the Angelus Plaza Senior Activity Center serves the needs of Angelus Plaza residents as well as seniors living downtown and in nearby communities.

It provides programs and services which emphasize the importance of continued learning and a healthy lifestyle in a safe and supportive environment. This encourages multicultural sharing and intergenerational involvement. The staff continually strives to provide opportunities for personal growth and development. Open in 1980, Angelus Plaza is a private, not-for-profit affordable community developed by Retirement Housing Foundation (RHF) of Long Beach, California.

The Senior Activity Center includes an auditorium, library, nutrition program operated by St. Barnabas Senior Services and a computer learning center.  There is also a high school and several not-for-profit organizations who provide additional services for seniors including the Tom Bradley Center for Health Care (operated by Good Samaritan Hospital). For a tour, call (213) 623-4352
